Experienced in providing therapeutic support to clients presenting with a range of addictive and compulsive behaviours, including alcohol dependency, substance misuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and hoarding behaviour. Skilled in working with clients who have complex co-morbid presentations, such as anxiety, depression and trauma that often accompany addictive behaviours. Experience spans both one-to-one sessions, where I deliver tailored, client-centred interventions, and group settings, where I facilitate discussion, build therapeutic rapport, and support shared recovery processes.
