I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, passionate about supporting individuals in their journey toward better mental and emotional well-being. I have experience working with individuals facing addiction and other life challenges, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel heard and understood. I enjoy working with both adults and teenagers, helping them understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and rediscover their inner strength. To me, therapy is not just about solving problems it is about building a meaningful connection where clients feel supported, respected, and empowered. I believe that when the therapist and client walk the journey together, positive change becomes possible.
